摘  要:目的:思维导图结合视频问卷星模式在腹膜透析术后患者宣教中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月—2019年7月在我院需行腹膜透析手术的慢性肾衰竭病人共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取传统的宣教模式,观察组采取思维导图结合视频问卷星模式,观察并比较两组患者健康教育知晓率和对健康教育形式、护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组健康教育知晓率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对健康教育形式及护士工作满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:思维导图携手视频问卷星模式能有效提高腹膜透析术后患者宣教的效果,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the application of mind mapping and video questionnaire star model in the education of patients after peritoneal dialysis.Methods From July 2017 to July 2019,a total of 60 patients with chronic renal failure who need peritoneal dialysis operation in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional mode of propaganda and education,and the observation group adopted the mode of mind map and video questionnaire star to observe and compare the awareness rate of health education and the satisfaction of health education form and nursing work of the two groups.Results the awareness rate of health education in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of health education and nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping and video questionnaire star mode can effectively improve the effect of propaganda and education of patients after peritoneal dialysis,improve the quality of nursing,and have clinical significance.
