摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸联合肉毒毒素注射治疗面肌痉挛患者的效果。方法:选择我院2018年8月—2019年1月收治的面肌痉挛患者80例,其中40例患者给予常规的药物进行治疗,为参照组,另外40例患者给予针灸结合肉毒毒素注射进行治疗,为研究组。比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率分别为92.50%、75.00%,研究组显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合肉毒毒素注射治疗面肌痉挛的效果显著,能显著的缓解患者的临床症状,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with botulinum toxin injection on relieving symptoms of patients with facial spasm.Methods 80 patients with hemifacial spasm admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects,among which 40 patients were treated with conventional drugs as the reference group;the other 40 patients were treated with acupuncture and botulinum toxin injection as the study group.Observe the two groups of patients after the treatment of clinical efficacy and other related situations.Results the clinical effective rates of the two groups were 92.50%and 77.50%respectively.The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with botulinum toxin injection has a significant effect in the treatment of facial spasm,can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and is worth further promotion and application in clinical.
