摘 要:介绍了双极膜电渗析技术在高盐废水处理领域的研究进展。对比分析了3种操作模式的优缺点,并针对离子交换膜同离子泄漏引起的酸碱产物含量较低问题,探讨了同离子泄漏机理及不同解决途径的利弊。认为“进料-出料”操作模式是现阶段更适用于连续化工业应用的操作模式。目前一般通过研制高性能阻酸膜减弱质子泄露、优化工艺过程及探寻产物就地利用途径等方法,解决酸碱产物含量过低造成产物难以充分利用的问题。The research progress of bipolar membrane electrodialysis in the field of high-salinity wastewater treatment was introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of three operation modes of bipolar membrane electrodialysis were compared.In addition,aimed at the problem of low content of acidbase products caused by co-ion leakage of ion exchange membrane,the mechanism of co-ion leakage and differences of different solutions were also discussed.It was believed that'feed-bleed'operation mode was more suitable for industrial applications at this stage,and the high-performance acidblocking membrane should be developed to reduce the proton leakage while the process could be optimized and the in-situ utilization route of the product should be explored,in order to solve the problem that the product is difficult to be fully utilized due to its low content.
