摘  要:为低成本高效降解处置印染废水,以典型偶氮染料刚果红为目标物质,探究了低含量的零Fe0/过硫酸盐(PS)体系对刚果红的降解效果。结果表明,当Fe0的质量浓度为2 g/L,PS、刚果红的浓度分别为0.1、0.2 mmol/L时,刚果红在2 h时的残留率仅为5%,而且SO4·-与HO·对降解刚果红的贡献分别为10%和3%。刚果红在自来水中降解效果略优于去离子水中,从侧面说明了Fe0/PS体系对刚果红起主要降解作用的是Fe0。酸性下能加速Fe0/PS体系对刚果的降解,但并不能提升体系在2 h时对刚果红的去除率。不同含量的Cl^-、CO32^-、HCO^3-或H2PO4^-等阴离子均对Fe0/PS体系降解刚果红表现出抑制作用,其中CO32-抑制程度最大,但抑制程度与他们的含量无明显关系。In order to treat printing and dyeing wastewater with low cost and high efficiency,Congo red,a typical azo dye,was used as the target material to study the degradation efficiency of Congo red by low content Fe0/persulfate(PS)system.The results showed that,when the mass concentration of Fe0 was 0.2 g/L,PS and Congo red concentration was 0.1 mmol/L and 0.2 mmol/L,the residual rate of Congo red was only 5%after 2 h,and the contribution of SO4·-and HO·to the degradation of Congo red was 10%and 3%,respectively.The degradation effect of Congo red in tap water was slightly better than that in deionized water,which explained from the side that,the main degradation effect of Fe0/PS system on Congo red was Fe0.Furthermore acidic condition could accelerate the degradation of Congo by Fe0/PS system,but could not improve the removal rate of Congo red in the system after 2 h.However,different contents of anions,such as Cl^-,CO32^-,HCO3^-or H2PO4^-inhibited the degradation of Congo red in Fe0/PS system,and the degree of inhibition of CO32-is the largest,but the degree of inhibition had no obvious relationship with their content.
