摘 要:选取K2和多面空心球作为移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)的填料,通过考察生物膜生物相、生物膜中胞外聚合物(EPS)的成分及含量、NH4^+-N和COD去除效果等指标,对不同填料的MBBR挂膜启动特征和短程硝化动力学特性进行了研究。结果表明:K2填料生物膜较为紧实,其EPS中蛋白质和多糖含量较高;在相同运行条件下,K2填料对NH4^+-N和COD的去除率分别可达94.46%、82.51%,高于多面空心球填料(88.24%、78.71%),且NO2^--N积累率大于90%;采用Monod模型拟合得出动力学参数vm=6.81 mg/(L·h)(K2填料)>vm=5.69 mg/(L·h)(多面空心球填料),这证实了K2填料利于MBBR快速挂膜启动,即能实现高效且稳定的短程硝化过程,又具有良好的底物降解能力。Two microbial carriers,K2 and polyhedron empty ball,were respectively filled in two moving bed biofilm reactors(MBBR).The biofilm-culturing startup characteristics and partial nitrification kinetics of two MBBRs were compared by investigating the biofacies,the component and content of extracellular polymers(EPS)in biofilm,NH4^+-N and COD removal efficiency.The results showed that the biofilm of K2 media was more compact and the content of protein and polysaccharide in EPS were higher than that of polyhedron empty ball media.Under the same operating conditions,the removal rates of K2 media on NH4^+-N and COD were 94.46%and 82.51%respectively,which were higher than that of polyhedron empty ball media(88.24%,78.71%).The NO2^--N accumulation rate of MBBR filled with K2 media was more than 90%.The dynamic parameter ofυm=6.81 mg/(L·h)(K2) and vm=5.69 mg/(L·h)(polyhedron empty ball)was calculated using the Monod model.The results suggested that that K2 media was favorable for the growth of biofilm,which led to an efficient and stable partial nitrification and had an good substrate degradation performance.
