摘  要:采用立体生态污水处理组合工艺(E-A/O)处理模拟生活污水,以添加仿生生物填料的装置作为实验组(R2),未添加的作对照组(R1),考察两组工艺在污泥沉降性能、胞外聚合物产生及污染物去除等方面的差异,评估生物填料在E-A/O工艺中的作用。结果表明,R2挂膜效果良好,生物量大,出现大量原后生动物,污泥粒径大于R1,且更为密实,增加了系统菌群多样性。R2中污泥SVI和胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质(PN)、多糖(PS)含量比R1中低11.8%~21.6%,表现出更强的亲水性和沉降性。污染物去除结果表明,R2对COD、NH3-N、TN和TP去除率可达96.3%、81.9%、80.0%和35.6%,除TN去除率与R1相当,其它指标去除率均高于R1,说明生物填料添加可强化E-A/O工艺的除污效果。Ecological vegetation-A/O(E-A/O)combined process was used to treat simulated domestic wastewater,two sets of reaction devices were set up,one added with bionic packing was set as the experimental group(R2),and the other without bionic packing was set as the control group(R1).The influence of bionic packing on wastewater treatment by E-A/O was investigated by comparing the differences in characteristics of sludge,extracellular polymeric substance(EPS)and pollutants removal between the two groups.The results showed that the R2 performed well in forming biofilm with a large biomass for protozoan animals growing attached,the sludge particle size was larger than R1,and was denser,consequently contributed to the more complex community structure and higher biodiversity.The SVI of sludge,and the content of protein(PN)and polysaccharide(PS)of EPS in R2 were 11.8%~21.6%lower than those in R1,demonstrating stronger hydrophily and settle ability.The results of pollutants removal showed that the removal rate of COD,NH3-N,TN and TP reached up to 96.3%,81.9%,80.0%and 35.6%respectively in R2,which were higher than R1 except TN with similar data.It indicated the addition of bionic packing in E-A/O process could strengthen the wastewater treatment.
