摘 要:高速公路隧道环境封闭,一旦发生运输危化品事故,其影响危害极大难以控制,因此做好公路隧道危化品运输事故的实时防控措施十分必要。文章以张涿高速公路隧道危化品运输为例,融合RFID、WSN、GPS等现代信息技术对高速公路隧道危化品运输实时监控,建立实时监控及应急救援平台。平台由信息感知层、数据传输层及数据反馈应用层组成,结合RFID、WSN、GPS等主要技术,对危化品运输"人、车、路、货、环境"全要素进行实时监控,降低高速公路隧道危化品运输事故率,为高速公路隧道危化品安全运输和有效管理提供参考。The environment of the highway tunnel is closed, once the dangerous chemicals are transported, its impact is very difficult to control, so it is very necessary to do a good job of real-time prevention and control measures of dangerous chemicals transportation accidents in the highway tunnel. In this paper, taking the transportation of the dangerous chemicals of the Zhang-Zhuo Highway tunnel as an example, the real-time monitoring and emergency rescue platform for dangerous chemicals transportation of highway tunnel is established by integrating RFID, WSN, GPS,and other modern information technologies. The platform is composed of information sensing layer, data transmission layer,and data feedback application layer. Combined with RFID, WSN, GPS,and other major technologies, it can monitor the whole elements of"human, vehicle, road, cargo and environment"of dangerous chemicals transportation in real time, reduce the accident rate of dangerous chemicals transportation in a highway tunnel, and provide a reference for safe transportation and effective management of dangerous chemicals in a highway tunnel.
