摘  要:锅炉安全阀连接管座作为安全阀与锅炉本体的连接元件,它承受着蒸汽临时排放引起的较大反力,在评估此管座承受蒸汽排放反力的能力时,采用最大许用应力作为对比基准虽然安全,但未做到物尽其用:安全阀的工作时间非常短暂,相应地蒸汽排放反力的作用时间也非常短暂,而最大许用应力主要用于长时间持续载荷的设计计算。本文着眼于从材料最大许用应力选取准则方面阐述如何更经济合理地选取应力基准用于设计计算。As a connecting part between safety valve and boiler proper,the boiler safety valve connection nozzle bears great reaction force caused by temporary blowing steam.In evaluating the capacity of this nozzle to withstand the reaction force of steam blowing,the maximum allowable stress can be used as a comparative datum,although it is safe but it is diseconomy:the working time of safety valve is very short and the reaction force caused by steam blowing is also very short,but the maximum allowable stress is mainly used in the design calculation of long-lasting loads.This paper focuses on how to select stress datum more economically and reasonably for design calculation from the criteria for establishing maximum allowable stress value of materials.
