摘 要:基于石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫吸收塔化学反应机理,提出了分别以控制氯离子和硫酸根离子的脱硫废水排放量的理论计算模型。根据计算结果发现:当石灰石中碳酸镁的含量大于或等于3%、烟气HCl浓度低于100 mg/Nm^3时,脱硫废水排放以排放硫酸根离子为主,脱硫废水排放设计值取硫酸根离子的计算值;当石灰石中碳酸镁含量低于3%、烟气HCl浓度大于或等于100 mg/Nm^3时,废水排放以排放氯离子为主,脱硫废水设计值取以控制氯离子浓度的计算值。Based on the mass transfer and chemical reaction process of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization,the calculation models for waste water discharge are proposed based on the concentration control of chloride ion(Cl-)and sulfate ion(SO2-4).According to the results,it is found that sulfate ion concentration has dominating effect on waste water discharge.When the MgCO3 content in the limestone is more than or equal to 3%and HCl concentration is less than 100 mg/Nm^3;the design value of waste water discharge is established mainly based on the concentration of sulfate ion(SO2-4).Otherwise,when MgCO3 content in the limestone is less than 3%and HCl concentration is more than 100 mg/Nm^3,the design value is established based on the concentration of chloride ion(Cl-),which is critical for the waste water discharge.
