摘  要:以硅酸盐和聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,采用不同的造粒方法对钨系延期药造粒,对延期药的流散性指标进行燃烧特性和延期精度分析.结果表明,以硅酸盐为粘结剂的圆盘造粒延期药的流散性好;DG-DSC显示,延期药预点火为气固相反应,气体产生量减少,预点火可靠性传播指数提高,延期精度提高.Applied silicate or polyvinyl alcohol as binder,the tungsten delay composition was granulated by different granulation methods.The fluidity index,combustion characteristics and delay precision of the product were analyzed.The results showed that the disc granulating delay composition with silicate as binder had good running property.DG-DSC showed that the pre-ignition reaction of delay composition was a gas-solid reaction.With the decrease of gas production,the pre-ignition reliability propagation index was increased,and the delay precision was improved.
