摘 要:苯并-15-冠-5经磺化反应、肼解反应和缩合反应,合成了3个4'-磺酰腙苯并-15-冠-5类化合物.产品经元素分析、红外光谱分析及1HNMR分析,确定为目标化合物,并对这3个化合物进行了植物生长调节活性实验.结果表明,该类化合物有较好的植物生长调节活性.Applied benzo-15-crown-5 as raw material, three 4’-sulfonyl Hydrazone benzo-15-crown-5 compounds were prepared by sulfonation reaction, hydrazinolysis reaction and condensation reaction under mild conditions. The products were identified as target compounds by elemental analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum analysis, and the plant growth regulation activities of these three compounds were tested. The results showed that these compounds had good plant growth regulation activity.
