摘  要:二氟尼柳是目前市场上十分具有发展前景的新型非甾体类抗炎镇痛药,因此二氟尼柳及其衍生物的合成研究意义重大.Suzuki偶联法的合成路线简单、反应条件温和且收率高,是合成二氟尼柳的有效途径.然而多数钯催化剂难以回收重复使用,使得生产成本较高,不利于大规模工业化生产.因此,开发可回收的钯催化剂及非贵金属催化,实现二氟尼柳的高效合成具有重要的研究价值.本文综述了近10年金属催化高效合成二氟尼柳的研究进展,并对其发展前景作了展望.Diflunisal was a new non steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug with great development prospect in the market,so the synthesis of diflunisal and its derivatives was of great significance.The Suzuki coupling method was an effective way to prepare diflunisal due to its simple synthesis route,mild reaction conditions and high yield.However,most palladium catalysts were difficult to recycle and reuse,made the production cost higher and not conducive to large-scale industrial production.Therefore,the development of recoverable palladium catalyst for the efficient synthesis of diflunisal had important research value.Herein,the research progress of recoverable palladium and non precious metal catalyzed synthesis of diflunisal were reviewed in recent years,and the future development was prospected.
