摘 要:含氢硅烷是构建高性能有机硅材料的关键中间体,广泛应用于有机硅、医药、电子电气、芯片等领域,属于重要的精细化学品.本文综述了近年来含氢硅烷的主要制备方法,包括直接法、卤硅烷的金属氢化物还原法、氢气还原法以及烷氧基硅烷的还原法,比较分析了各种方法得到的含氢硅烷收率及各自的优缺点和局限性,指出开发新的合成和分离方法才能支撑我国相关高新技术领域的可持续发展.Hydrogen-containing silane was a key intermediate for the construction of high-performance silicone materials.It was widely used in various fields such as silicones,medicine,electronics and electronics,and was an important fine chemical.The main preparation methods of hydrogen-containing silanes in recent years were reviewed in this article,included direct synthetic method,metal hydride reduction method of halosilane,hydrogen reduction method and reduction method of alkoxysilane.The advantages,disadvantages and limitations of various methods were reviewed in this article and it was pointed out that the sustainable development of China’s related high-tech fields depended on the development of new synthesis and separation methods.
