摘 要:将臭氧反应后的尾气应用于印染废水曝气池。结果表明:利用臭氧尾气的富氧曝气工艺,当进水CODCr为800~1200 mg/L、气水比为15∶1、水力停留时间(HRT)为24 h时,平均出水CODCr为116 mg/L,对CODCr的去除效率明显优于空气曝气工艺;当富氧曝气工艺反应池HRT由24 h降至20 h时,CODCr去除效果基本不受影响,平均出水CODCr为115 mg/L;而当HRT进一步减少至16 h时,CODCr去除效果明显下降,平均出水CODCr为147 mg/L,富氧曝气工艺最佳HRT为20 h。GC/MS分析结果表明,好氧生物反应对印染废水中难以生物降解的胺类及酚类物质去除效果相对较差,而对于烷烃类等有机物的去除效果较好。Ozone off-gas was used to treat dyeing wastewater.The results showed that,when influent CODCr was 800~1200 mg/L and air-water ratio was 15∶1,average effluent CODCr of oxygen-enriched aeration process using ozone off-gas was 116 mg/L with hydraulic retention time(HRT)of 24 h.CODCr removal efficiency of oxygen-enriched aeration process was better than air aeration process.CODCr removal efficiency was rarely influenced by the decreasing HRT from 24 h to 20 h,the average effluent CODCr was 115 mg/L.However,CODCr removal efficiency decreased significantly with HRT was 16 h,average effluent CODCr was 147 mg/L.The most appropriate HRT of oxygen-enriched aeration process was 20 h.Analysis results of GC/MS showed that aerobic biological reaction had poor effect on the amine and phenolic substances which were difficult to be biodegraded.In contrast,organics such as alkanes were removed effectively by aerobic biological reaction.
