摘 要:为了降低矿山充填成本,解决钢渣、粉煤灰大量堆积而危害坏境的问题.文中采用正交设计试验研究优化配比,以粉煤灰、矿渣为主要胶凝组分,钢渣为充填集料制备矿山充填材料.实验结果表明:该充填料具有良好的流动性,1d抗压强度达到3.8MPa,3d和28d抗压强度分别能达到6.1 MPa和27.3 MPa,满足矿山充填要求.In order to reduce the cost of mine filling and solve the problem of steel slag and fly ash accumulating in a large amount and endangering the environment.In this paper,the orthogonal design experiment is used to study the optimization of the ratio.The main cementitious components are fly ash and slag,and the steel slag is the filling aggregate to prepare the mine filling material.The experimental results show that the filling material has good fluidity,the compressive strength in one day reaches 3.8mpa,the compressive strength in three days and 28 days reaches 6.1mpa and 27.3mpa respectively,which meets the requirements of mine filling.
