黄桂灌肠剂与妇科外敷1号治疗湿热瘀结型妇科盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄桂灌肠剂与妇科外敷1号治疗湿热瘀结型妇科盆腔炎的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年12月期间就诊的湿热瘀结型妇科盆腔炎40例患者,随机抽签分2组,西药治疗组和中药治疗组各20例,西药治疗组给予头胞唑肟2.0gbid+奥硝唑0.5gbid治疗,中药治疗组在西药治疗组基础上联合给予黄桂灌肠剂150mL灌肠qn+妇科外敷1号下腹部热敷bid治疗,疗程2周,比较临床疗效及随访半年疾病复发率。结果:中药治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于西药治疗组(P<0.05),随访半年中药治疗组疾病复发率低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:黄桂灌肠剂与妇科外敷1号治疗湿热瘀结型妇科盆腔炎的效果更加显著,复发率更低,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huanggui enema and external application No.Methods:40 cases of gynecological pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat stasis type were randomly divided into two groups:Western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Western medicine treatment group was treated with ceftriaxone 2.0 gbid+ornidazole 0.5 gbid.Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with Huanggui enema 150ml QN+gynecological external application No.1 lower abdominal hot application bid on the basis of Western medicine treatment group The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The clinical effect and recurrence rate were compared.Results:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of Chinese medicine treatment group was lower than that of Western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanggui enema and external application of gynecology No.1 are more effective in the treatment of gynecological pelvic inflammation of damp heat and stasis type,with lower recurrence rate,which is worth popularizing.
