摘 要:采用二隔室双极膜电渗析设备对含有甲酸胺热稳定性盐的乙醇胺溶液进行再生,考察了电压、料液流量、酸室硫酸钠质量和温度对甲酸根脱除率、乙醇胺损失率、单位能耗和电流效率的影响,获得了最优实验操作参数为膜对电压1.7 V、料液流量25 L/h、酸室硫酸钠质量0.4 g、温度为常温;在优化实验条件下,甲酸根脱除率可达77.52%、乙醇胺损失率1.68%、单位能耗280.32 kJ/mol、电流效率52.39%.利用双极膜水解离化学反应模型和电压-流率模型对实验机理进行了初步推导,结果表明,其甲酸根脱除率随电压和料液流量增大而增大、随酸室硫酸钠质量增加先增大后减小,温度对甲酸根脱除率的影响则很小,此结果与实验现象吻合良好.The MEA aqueous solution containing heat stable salt of MEAHCOOH was regenerated by double-chamber bipolar membrane electrodialysis equipment.The effects of voltage,flow rate,mass of Na2SO4 and temperature on removal rate of HCOO-,loss rate of MEA,unit energy consumption and current efficiency were investigated.The experiments showed that the optimum experimental conditions were 1.7 V,25 L/h,0.4 g and room temperature.Under those conditions,the experimental results were 77.52%,1.68%,280.32 kJ/mol and 52.39%.Besides,the experimental mechanism was preliminarily deduced by chemical reaction model of hydrolysis ionization and the voltage-flow rate model,and reasoning results were in good agreement with experimental results.
