摘  要:目的通过对某特种车辆三次海上闭舱2 h行驶时舱室内无机类有害气体(CO、CO2、NO2、NH3、H2S、SO2)的测试,结果与国军标对比分析,判断其是否能够满足国军标的限值要求,并探讨对有害气体测试结果影响因素。方法某特种车辆2 h海上闭舱作业过程中,运用有害气体连续自动测试记录仪分别对舱室内三个位置的有害气体进行测试分析,按照GJB5834-2006规定的有害气体限值的计算方法计算其MAC(最高容许浓度)、TWA(时间加权平均容许浓度)以及STEL(短时间接触容许浓度),并进行对比分析。结果在对特种车辆的三次测试结果中,驾驶员位的CO、CO2、NO2、SO2与载员舱左前位的CO、CO2、NO2、SO2以及载员舱右后位的CO、CO2、NO2出现了不符合标准限值的要求。结论通过与GJB5834-2006规定的有害气体限值对比,本次所测结果中部分有害气体浓度不符合标准限值的要求。特种车辆海上闭舱行驶时舱室内有害气体测试结果的影响因素主要有发动机尾气的渗漏、行驶速度、以及闭舱时间。Objective While passing three to a certain armor vehicle seas to shut cabin to drive for 2 hours cabin the indoor have no the test of machine harmful air(CO、CO2、NO2、NH3、H2S、SO2),mark result and army contrast analysis,judge whether it can satisfy the army object limit value request,and inquire into harmful air test result of impact factor.Methods A certain armor vehicle the sea shut a cabin homework the process for 2 hours in,make use of harmful air and automatically test and record in a row the instrument difference carries on testing analysis to the cabin indoor harmful air and stipulate according to the GJB5834-2006 of harmful air limit value of MAC(is the tallest and allow a density)of calculation method calculation cabin indoor harmful air and TWA(time adds power and allows a density on the average)and STEL(the short time's contact allows a density),and carry on contrast.Results In three test results of vehicle,the CO、NO2、SO2of cockpit and the CO、CO2、NO2、SO2of carry member cabin left front and the CO、CO2、NO2 of carry member cabin right empress,some of them is inconformity to the standard limit value request.Conclusion Pass the stipulated with GJB5834-2006 harmful air limits value to contrast,this measure result the central part divide harmful air density to not agree with an up to standard limit value request.Impact factor of cabin indoor harmful air test result mainly had when armor vehicle at the sea shut cabin to drive shut cabin time and drive speed and motor tail spirit of seep into.
