摘　　要：目的:本文采用HPLC法测定银黄胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法:色谱柱为Agailent-C18(150×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(25:75:0.1),检测波长为315nm。结果:黄芩苷进样质量在0.024~0.056μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。黄芩苷的线性回归方程为y=515.2375x+1.7702,r=0.9999(n=5);黄芩苷的含量为31.3117mg/g。结论:符合药典规定。Objective:HPLC was used to determine the content of Baicalin in Yinhuang capsule.Method:The chromatographic column was Agailent-C 18(150×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(25:75:0.1),and the detection wavelength was 315nm.Results:The injection quality of baicalin was in the range of 0.024-0.056μg,which showed a good linear relationship with the peak area.The linear regression equation of baicalin was y=515.2375 x+1.7702,r=0.9999(n=5),and the content of baicalin was 31.3117mg/g.Conclusion:It conforms to the provisions of Pharmacopoeia.
