摘  要:以特高压新松换流站±800 kV复合直流避雷器为研究对象,建立了增设拉线的避雷器有限元模型。开展了增设拉线的避雷器动力特性及拉线初始预应力的影响分析,计算了地震作用下增设拉线前后避雷器加速度、位移和应力响应。最后开展了不同拉线初始预应力对避雷器地震响应的影响分析。分析结果表明,设置拉线可以提高避雷器水平方向的刚度,从而提高避雷器的自振频率,且拉线初始预应力越大,避雷器基频值提升越明显。增大拉线初始预应力可以有效降低避雷器的地震响应,当拉线初始预应力在100~150 MPa时,避雷器地震响应降低最为明显;当拉线初始预应力达到200 MPa时,设置拉线可以较大幅度的降低避雷器套管根部应力响应,套管应力安全系数可由3.76提高至6.15,并可将避雷器在地震作用下的顶部位移响应降低50.2%,抗震加固效果显著。继续增大拉线初始预应力至大于200 Mpa时对避雷器的抗震能力提升不大。Taking±800 kV DC composite arrester of ultra-high voltage(UHV)Xinsong converter station as the research object,finite element models of arresters with additional guy cable are established.The analysis of the dynamic characteristics and the influence of initial prestress are carried out.The response of acceleration,displacement and stress of the arrester before and after setting guy cable are calculated and analyzed.The results show that the horizontal stiffness of the arrester can be improved by setting guy cable,and the natural frequency of the arrester can be increased.The larger the initial prestress of the guy cable is,the more obvious the fundamental frequency of the arrester will be.Increasing the initial prestress of guy cable can effectively reduce the seismic response of arrester.When the initial prestress of the guy cable is 100~150 MPa,the seismic response of arrester decreases most obviously;When the initial prestress of the guy cable reaches 200 MPa,the stress response of the root of bushings of the arrester can be greatly reduced by setting guy cable.The safety factor of bushing can be increased from 3.76 to 6.15,and the top displacement response of arrester under earthquake can be reduced by 50.2%.The effect of seismic reinforcement is significant,and keeping on increasing the initial prestress of the guy cable to higher than 200 MPa has little effect on the seismic capacity of arrester.
