近红外光谱模型检测阿替洛尔片中有效含量的研究

摘  要:以9种阿替洛尔片为研究对象,以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法准确测定出阿替洛尔片中阿替洛尔的有效含量为标准;利用近红外光谱技术,建立了阿替洛尔片的近红外定量分析模型.结果表明,利用一阶导数谱图,在5369.48-4058.51 cm^-1和4884.22-4061.87cm^-1等两个波段下,得到的样品片剂定量分析模型最优.模型的预测值与HPLC测定值的绝对误差为-0.38%~0.78%,相对误差为-2.53%~2.67%.建立了一种快速检测阿替洛尔片含量的新方法.Taking 9 kinds of atenolol tablets as the object, the effective content of atenolol in atenolol tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The near infrared quantitative analysis model of atenolol tablets was established by using near infrared spectroscopy technology. The results showed that the best quantitative analysis model of sample tablets was obtained by using the first derivative spectrum at two bands: 5369.48-4058.51 cm-1 and4884.22-4061.87 cm-1. The absolute error between the predicted value of the model and the HPLC measured value was-0.40-1.24%, and the relative error was-1.793-4.226%. A rapid method for the determination of atenolol tablets was established.
