摘 要:旨在比较研究影响棉/黏胶(70/30)混纺织物与100%棉织物白度的因素。包括优化氧化漂白工艺中的各项参数,即助剂质量浓度、漂白温度和时间。在试样测试的基础上,尝试在白度和黄度方面优化棉/黏胶(70/30)织物的氧化漂白工艺。结果表明,与100%棉织物相比,将30%黏胶纤维与70%棉混纺所得织物坯布的白度增加。在达到几乎相同白度的前提下,与漂白100%棉的工艺相比,漂白棉/黏胶(70/30)混纺织物成功地节省时间和化学药品消耗。The primary purpose of this article is to check impact on whiteness index by mixing 30%viscose with 70%cotton compared to 100%cotton fabric.This also comprises to optimize the various parameters of oxidative bleaching process i.e.action of auxiliaries,temperature,and time of cotton/viscose 70/30 fiber blended woven fabric.On the basis of sample tests,an attempt was made to optimize oxidative bleaching procedure for cotton/viscose 70/30 fabric in terms of whiteness and yellowness.It is shown that mixing 30%viscose with 70%cotton could increase the greige fabric whiteness compared to 100%cotton fabric.This also operated successfully with the advantage of saving in time and reducing the chemical consumptions compared to 100%cotton bleaching with almost similar whiteness index.
