摘　　要：结合某泵站工程,分析了评审过程中产生的冲突,基于冲突管理思想分析了产生冲突的根本原因和直接原因。最后从多个角度提出解决冲突的对策和建议,保证沟通顺畅,减少冲突,提高评审效率和质量,提高承包商的积极性,助推项目顺利实施。Combined with a pump station project,this paper analyzes the types of conflicts in the process of financial investment review.Based on the thought of conflict management,the root and direct causes of the conflict are analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions to resolve conflicts are put forward from multiple perspectives.The purpose is to ensure communicate fluently,reduce conflicts,improve the efficiency and quality of the review,improve the enthusiasm of the contractor,and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
