摘  要:组织结构设计在企业战略落地和日常运营管理过程中扮演着关键角色。有效的组织结构能够使工作得到合理分工,资源得以充分共享,机制得以持续完善。在揭示7类常见组织结构形式特点及适用性的基础上,分析企业环境、建筑企业发展战略、建筑企业规模、建筑企业技术水平及建筑企业人员素质等权变因素对建筑企业组织结构设计的影响,提出基于权变因素的建筑企业组织优化总体原则,并针对主营业务集中于特定领域的中等规模建筑企业和具有复合业务结构的大型总承包建筑企业,提出组织优化策略,以期提升组织结构的适宜性与有效性,为建筑企业战略目标的实现提供组织保障。Organizational structure design plays a key role in the process of strategy executing and management of enterprises.An effective organizational structure can enable the work to be divided reasonably,resources to be fully shared,and the mechanism to be continuously improved.On the basis of revealing the characteristics and applicability of seven types of common organizational structure,this paper analyzes the influence of contingency factors named enterprise environment,construction enterprise development strategy,construction enterprise scale,construction enterprise technology level and construction enterprise personnel quality on the organizational structure design of construction enterprises,and puts forward the overall principle of organization optimization of construction enterprises based on contingency factors.Proposes organization optimization strategies for mediumsized construction enterprises with main business focus on specific areasand large-scale general contracting construction enterprises with composite business structure,hopes to improve the suitability and effectiveness of the organizational structure and provide organizational guarantee for the realization of the strategic objectives of construction enterprises.
