摘 要:跨境旅游危机事件网络舆情具有突发性强、利益主体复杂等特点,影响我国游客的境外风险感知与目的地选择,不利于国内出境旅游及目的地旅游业发展,必须合理管控。以泰国普吉岛“7.5沉船事件”为例,探讨跨境旅游危机事件网络舆情传播特点及其演化下目的地关注度的时空特征。结果发现:1.时间上,旅游危机事件网络舆情演化与目的地的关注度分别呈“双峰型”与“单峰型”,舆情生命周期各阶段目的地关注度呈现平缓上升、爆发式增长、“断崖式”下跌与逐渐恢复的演变规律。2.空间上,目的地关注度整体上从我国西部向东部梯度递增,空间分异呈现核心—边缘与多核心的结构特点。3.舆情传播、出境旅游需求等相关因素对目的地关注度空间分异存在显著影响。基于出境旅游危机事件网络舆情的时空特点,政府旅游管理部门、自媒体平台信息、在线旅游平台(OTA)等利益主体应在不同阶段采取针对性措施,推进跨境旅游危机事件及其网络舆情的合作管控。Featured by characteristics of strong suddenness and complex stakeholders,the online public opinion of cross-border tourism crisis events affects the overseas risk perception and destination selection of Chinese tourists and are not conducive to the development of Chinese outbound tourism and destination tourism,thus it must be controlled reasonably.Taking the“shipwreck on July 5,2018”in Phuket island of Thailand as an example,this paper explores the characteristics of online public opinion communication of cross-border tourism crisis events and the time-space characteristics of the destination attention with the opinion evolution.The results show that:1.In terms of time,the evolution of online public opinion of the tourism crisis events and the attention of the destination show“double peak”and“single peak”respectively,and the attention of the destination in each stage of public opinion indicates the evolution law of gradual rise,explosive growth,“cliff-like”descent and gradual recovery.2.Spatially,the attention of the destination increases gradually from the west to the east of China as a whole,and the spatial differentiation shows the core-edge and multi-core structural characteristics.3.Public opinion dissemination,outbound tourism demand and other related factors have a significant impact on the spatial differentiation of the attention of the destination.Based on the time-space characteristics of online public opinion of outbound tourism crisis events,government tourism administration departments,We-Media platforms,online tourism platforms(OTA)and other stakeholders shall take targeted measures at different stages to promote the reasonable control of cross-border tourism crisis events and online public opinion.
