摘　　要：深化上海国际航运中心建设,须顺应新一代国际航运中心发展趋势。推进空海联动发展,加快从国际货运量大港向国际货运价值量大港的转变。构建广泛互联的信息枢纽平台,开发具有国际影响力和话语权的信息产品。拓展智能技术应用,制定具有全球影响力的标准和规则。促进国际航运服务高端化发展,打造国际航运服务品牌。Deepening the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center should conform to the development trend of the new generation of international shipping center.Promote the development of air-sea linkage and accelerate the transformation from a big port for international freight volume to a big port for international freight value.Build a widely interconnected information hub platform and develop information products with international influence and discourse power.Expand the application of intelligent technologies and formulate standards and rules with global influence.To promote the high-end development of international shipping services and build international shipping service brands.
