摘 要:为了解决近些年来玉米品种在生产中存在的耐密植不够、抗倒伏不够等问题,以CT69387和CT90107为亲本的联创852玉米品种通过了国家中熟组审定。该品种在产量、抗病性、抗倒性等方面已经大幅超越“美系”品种。通过总结玉米联创852品种抗倒伏等育种实践经验,明确了今后玉米种质扩增、改良和创新的技术路线,以期避免遗传脆弱性风险。In order to solve the problems of insufficient density-tolerance and lodging resistance of maize varieties in recent years,the Lantron 852 with CT69387 and CT90107 as parents has passed the registration of the National Middle Maturity Group.Lantron 852 has dramatically surpassed the American varieties in terms of yield,disease resistance,and lodging resistance,etc.This study discussed the practical experience of lodging resistance breeding of Lantron 852,clarified the technical route of maize germplasm expansion,improvement and innovation in the future,and in order to avoid the emergence of genetic vulnerability risks.
