摘 要:为促进罗布麻茶的进一步开发利用,本研究采用ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)法和ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱)法检测新疆产罗布麻和白麻叶及其制品罗布麻茶的9种微量元素(Li、B、Cr、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Se、Sr)含量,并与绿茶和铁观音茶进行比较。结果表明:与黄山绿茶和铁观音茶相比,新疆产罗布麻叶及其制品罗布麻茶微量元素含量丰富,尤其是Li、Sr和B含量突出,分别是前者的50~100倍、7~20倍和3~4倍,但Mn含量极低。对其成因的讨论分析表明,罗布麻茶富含Li、Sr和B,而绿茶和铁观音含锰量高,是对各自产地水系及土壤矿质成分及含量差异的适应性反应。以新疆产罗布麻叶和白麻叶为原料的罗布麻茶,是有益微量元素Li和Sr的良好补充来源。In order to promote the further development and utilization of Apocynum tea,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)were used to detect trace element contents in flowers,leaves,seeds of Apocynum venetum Linn and Apocynum pictum Schrenk,including nine kinds of micronutrient,such as Li,B,Cr,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Se and Sr.And the contents of corresponding trace element contents in green tea were also determined.The results showed that the contents of Li,Sr and B in Luobuma Tea and different organs from two kinds of Apocynum plants were prominent compared to green tea,and the former were 50-100,7-20 and 3-4 times than the latter,respectively.But the Mn content in Apocynum venetum tea was obviously lowed than that of green tea.The difference of micronutrient contents between Luobuma Tea and green tea may result from their adaption to the difference of mineral constituents in soil and water respectively from North China and South China.Luobuma Tea made from leaves of Apocynum venetum Linn and Apocynum pictum Schrenk contain abundant trace elements,and they are good supplement sources for beneficial trace elements Li and Sr.
