北京某三级甲等医院献血中心停止互助献血后血液采集量的变化及感染性指标检测阳性情况分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析停止互助献血前后血液采集量与构成比的变化及血液感染性指标阳性情况,探讨停止互助献血政策对血液质量的影响,为调整无偿献血者招募方案和加强临床用血管理提供支持。方法收集停止互助献血前后各8个月我中心血液采集相关信息,分析比较采血量与构成比,和血液感染性指标(乙肝、丙肝、艾滋、梅毒)变化特点。结果停止互助献血后,血液采集量和献血人数总体呈下降趋势,而采血量2U所占的构成比上升。乙肝和丙肝检出阳性百分比均下降,P<0.01;梅毒和艾滋检出阳性变化无统计学意义。HCV RNA和HIV RNA在停止互助献血前后均未检出阳性。结论停止互助献血在提高血液质量方面具有积极意义。Objective To compare and analyze the changes of blood collection volume and constituent ratio and the positive result of infections indicators before and after the cessation of mutual blood donation,further to explore the influence of the cessation of mutual blood donation on blood quality and provide a support for adjusting volunteer blood donor recruitment program and the strengthening of clinical blood management.Methods At eight months before and after the cessation of mutual blood donation,we collected the blood relevant information,then analyzed and compared blood constituent ratio and the positive results of infectious indicators(Hepatitis B,Hepatitis C,HIV,Syphilis).Results After the cessation of mutual blood donation,the blood collection and the number of blood donors showed a decreasing trend,while the proportion of 2U blood collection increased.The positive percentages of Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C were decreased(P<0.01),while the positive of Syphilis and HIV indicated had no significant change.HCV RNA and HIV RNA were not detected as positive before and after the cessation of mutual blood donation.Conclusion The cessation of mutual blood donation has a positive impact in improving the blood quality.
