摘  要:空气过滤净化系统难以避免存在密封不严甚至滤膜破损的问题,会加剧颗粒物的泄漏排放,本文研究过滤系统滤膜泄漏对颗粒物净化性能的影响。构建了颗粒物过滤小型模拟实验系统,研究了3种不同风速下,泄漏面积0%~0.14%时过滤阻力、PM2.5和PM10排放浓度的变化规律,并分析了颗粒物排放粒度比。结果表明:过滤阻力随着泄漏面积增大而降低;颗粒物排放浓度随泄漏面积总体上呈指数型上升;泄漏面积小于0.07%时,颗粒物排放浓度随泄漏面积缓慢递增(排放浓度小于600μg·L-1);泄漏面积大于0.07%时,颗粒物排放浓度随着泄漏面积快速增加;大颗粒物(粒度大于PM2.5)排放比率随着泄漏面积的增大而增大。研究结论可为空气过滤净化系统的设计与评估提供参考。Defective seal or filter core broken of the filter system will cause the particles emission directly from the inside of the air filter system and the reduction of the collection efficiency.In order to reveal the influence of internal leakage in the filter system on the purification performance,a simulated experimental system of the air filter system was constructed to study the filter resistance and outlet concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 under the condition of leak size 0%~0.14%,and analyze the influence of leakage on dust particle size.The results indicated that the filtration resistance is shown to decrease as the leakage area increases;when the leakage area is 0~0.14%,the concentration of particulate matter increases with the approximate exponent of the leakage area;when the leakage area is 0~0.07%,the concentration of particulate matter tends to increase slowly with the increase of the leakage area(PM10 concentration less than 600ug·m-3);when the leakage area is 0.07~0.14%,the concentration of particulate matter is rising rapidly;large particulate matter(the diameter more than 2.5 um)increases as the leak area increases.The experimental results can provide reference for dust collector evaluation and optimization.
