摘　　要：首都联合防空作战指挥是陆军防空兵实施有效抗击的重要保证,是陆军防空兵指挥员和指挥机关对部队作战进行科学筹划、实时调控的依托和基础。本文通过分析陆军防空兵参加首都联合防空作战面临的挑战,提出了健全指挥体系保指挥顺畅、采取多种方式保指挥高效和搞好综合防护保指挥稳定的主要对策,为提高陆军防空兵参加首都联合防空作战指挥效果提供了参考。The capital's joint air defense operations command is an important guarantee for the army air defense forces to effectively combat,and it is the basis for the army air defense commanders and command organs to scientifically plan and conduct real-time control of the troops'operations.By analyzing the challenges faced by the army air defense forces in participating in the capital joint air defense operations,this paper puts forward the main countermeasures for improving the command system to ensure smooth command,adopting multiple methods to ensure command efficiency and improve the comprehensive protection and command stability,which provides a reference for improving the effectiveness of army air defense forces participating in the capital joint air defense operations.
