摘　　要：本文首先分析城市土地混合利用的必要性,其次阐述城市土地混合利用的现状和问题,最后提出城市混合土地的规划控制管理的措施,旨在解决城市土地混合利用的问题和提升城市土地利用率。This article first analyzes the necessity of urban land mixed use,secondly describes the current status and problems of urban land mixed use,and finally proposes measures for urban mixed land planning and management,which aims to solve the problem of mixed utilization of urban land and improve the utilization rate of urban land.
