摘 要:随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展,使得房地产行业的发展有了一定的提高。面对强大的市场竞争力,房地产企业从自身的开发项目入手,开展合约规划下的动态成本控制,促使其自身保持良好的盈亏水平。合约规划,简单来讲就是合同。合同作为重大经济活动的基础,在房地产开发项目中尤为重要。基于此,本文从合约规划与动态成本控制的基本概述出发,阐述了合约规划对房地产开发项目进行动态成本控制的价值以及遵循的基本原则,探究了合约规划下房地产开发项目动态成本控制的具体流程,希望能保证房地产行业平稳发展。With the rapid development of China's social economy,the development of the real estate industry has improved to a certain extent.Faced with strong market competitiveness,real estate companies start with their own development projects and carry out dynamic cost control under contract planning,prompting them to maintain good profit and loss levels.As the basis of major economic activities,contracts are particularly important in real estate development projects.Based on this,this article starts from the basic overview of contract planning and dynamic cost control,expounds the value of contract planning for dynamic cost control of real estate development projects and the basic principles followed,and explores the specific process of dynamic cost control of real estate development projects under contract planning,hoping to ensure the stable development of the real estate industry.
