摘　　要：工程项目管理属于一项涉及范围广、程序多的工作,其对项目建设质量以及企业发展影响重大,当前我国的项目管理模式还处于初级发展阶段,应积极引荐国际化先进技术,积极学习,以下通过对国际工程管理模式的探索,提出了几种有效的管理模式,希望对工程业的发展有指导作用。Project management is a work involving a wide range and many procedures,which has a great influence on the quality of project construction and the development of enterprises.At present,the project management mode in China is still in the primary stage of development,so that it should actively introduce international advanced technology and actively learn.Through the exploration of the international engineering management model,several effective management models are proposed,hoping to guide the development of the engineering industry.
