摘 要:在地铁车站侧墙浇筑施工中,为防止对结构防水造成破坏,侧墙浇筑不允许采用对拉结构。由于地铁车站侧墙高度较高,混凝土浇筑测压力较大,因此必须对单侧支撑架进行专项设计,对角部加固方式进行优化。本文通过移动式单侧模板支撑应用,详细总结单侧支撑施工工艺及结构体系,通过在地铁侧墙施工中的应用,加强单侧支撑的角部加固,保证了现场浇筑地铁侧墙垂直度及平整度,取得了良好的应用效果。In the construction of side wall pouring of subway station,in order to prevent damage to the structure waterproof,the opposite pulling structure is not allowed to be used for side wall pouring.Because of the high height of the side wall of the subway station and the large pressure of the concrete pouring,it is necessary to carry out a special design for the unilateral support frame and optimize the diagonal reinforcement method.In this paper,through the application of mobile one-sided formwork support,the construction technology and structural system of one-sided support are summarized in detail.Through the application in the subway side wall construction,the corner reinforcement of one-sided support is strengthened to ensure the perpendicularity and flatness of the cast-in-place subway side wall,and good application results are achieved.
