摘  要:以工程爆破实例为背景,介绍了数码电子雷管在大跨度双曲拱桥拆除爆破工程中的应用。通过爆破方案的合理设计,根据双曲拱桥的结构受力特点,搭设钻孔平台,采取合理布置炮孔和延期时间,并计算单孔装药量,通过数码电子雷管精确延时的优点设计不同的起爆顺序,实现了桥体逐段垮塌落地的目的,爆破震动及飞石控制均达到理想效果,桥体塌落后充分解体,爆破效果较好。实践证明:对拱顶、拱脚、立墙、桥墩和墩帽的依次起爆,延期时间控制在150ms至200ms能使桥体爆破后解体充分,能有效控制了桥体塌落后的解体尺寸,减小爆破塌落振动。Taking the engineering blasting example as the background,the application of digital electronic detonator in the demolition blasting project of large-span double-curved arch bridge is introduced.Based on the reasonable design of the blasting scheme,according to the structural force characteristics of the double-curved arch bridge,a drilling platform is set up,the blast holes and delay time are reasonably arranged,and the single-hole charge is calculated.The advantages of the accurate delay of the digital electronic detonator are used to design different initiation sequence of the bridge,achieving the purpose of the bridge body collapsing step by step.Both the blasting vibration and the flying stone control achieve the ideal effect.The bridge body is fully disintegrated after the bridge body collapses and the blasting effect is better.Practice has proved that:for the sequential initiation of arches,arch feet,standing walls,bridge piers and pier caps,the delay time controlled between 150ms and 200ms can make the bridge fully disintegrate after blasting,and can effectively control the size of the bridge after it collapses,reducing blast slump vibration.
