摘 要:大管棚作为超前支护的一种方式,常用于隧道穿越不良地质及软弱地层施工。近年来,在建筑物密集、交通繁忙的城市中心地区的改造工程日益增多,采用明挖法施工的地下工程必须拆迁大量的地下管网和地面建筑物,对现有交通影响大、工程费用及安全风险高、环境保护问题突出,不得不改为暗挖法施工,管棚法作为一种重要的暗挖支护手段,再配合有效的注浆,能有效加固地层、防止地表塌陷,保证施工安全。在日本、美国及欧洲各国被广泛采用。定向钻进指引系统对于保证长大管棚定位精度、进而保证地层加固效果,提升大管棚工艺水平,有着较大的推广价值。As a way of advanced support,the large pipe roof is often used in the construction of tunnels passing through poor geology and weak strata.In recent years,there have been an increasing number of renovation projects in urban areas with dense buildings and heavy traffic.Underground construction using open cut methods must demolish a large number of underground pipeline networks and ground structures,which has a great impact on existing traffic,high engineering costs,high safety risks and outstanding environmental protection issues,so the construction has to be replaced by the method of underground excavation.As an important method of underground excavation support,the pipe shed method,combined with effective grouting,can effectively strengthen the stratum,prevent surface collapse and ensure construction safety,so it is widely used in Japan,the United States and European countries.The directional drilling guidance system has great promotion value for ensuring the positioning accuracy of long and large pipe sheds,thereby ensuring the effect of stratum reinforcement and improving the technological level of large pipe sheds.
