摘  要:针对海南联网工程500kV线缆混合输电线路存在的故障区段难以判别的问题,介绍了一种利用柔性光学电流互感器实现对线缆混合输电线路故障区段进行准确判别的新方法。阐述了柔性光学电流互感器的原理、构成及线缆混合输电线路故障区段识别方案。实际应用表明,将柔性光学电流互感器用于线缆混合输电线路能够准确判断故障区段,有效提高故障位置检测速度,加快故障后系统恢复供电能力,降低维护检修人员负担。In order to solve the problemthat it is dif ficult to discriminate the faulty section of the 500 kV cable hybrid transmission line in Hainan interconnected project,this paper introduces a new method to accurately identify the faulty section of the cable hybrid transmission line using a flexible optical current transformer is introduced.The principle and structure of the flexible optical current transformer and the identi fica-tion scheme of the fault section of the cable hybrid transmission line are described.Practical applications show that the use of flexible optical current transformers for cable hybrid transmission lines can accurately determine faulty sections,effectively improve the speed of fault location detection,speed up the system's ability to restore power after a fault,and reduce the burden on maintenance and repair personnel.
