摘  要:吊车梁系统通常由吊车梁(或吊车桁架)、制动结构、辅助桁架和支撑系统四部分组成。在工业厂房中,吊车梁系统是直接承受吊车荷载的重要构件,因此在设计时,应该高度重视吊车梁的设计。通过介绍对某地上厂房吊车梁系统的设计,明确用PKPM进行吊车梁系统设计时的步骤,总结吊车梁系统各组成部分之间的相互关系,剖析吊车梁系统各组成部分的具体计算问题,对吊车梁结构设计应注意问题进行了探讨。The crane beam system usually consists of four parts:the crane beam(or crane truss),the brake structure,the auxiliary truss and the support system.In industrial plants,the crane beam system is an important component that directly bears the load of the crane.Therefore,when designing,we should attach great importance to the design of the crane beam.By introducing the design of the crane beam system of an above-ground plant,the steps for designing the crane beam system with PKPM are clearly defined,the interrelationships between the components of the crane beam system are summarized,and the specific calculation problems of the components of the crane beam system are analyzed.The problems that should be paid attention to in the design of crane beam structure were discussed.
