摘 要:为了预测金刚石钻进岩石的可钻性,以岩石的压入硬度、肖氏硬度、塑性系数、钢针摩擦值、微钻时效、钻头摩擦值和实钻时效作为评价指标,用闪长岩、正长岩、橄长岩3组15块岩石作为已知样本,应用DPS软件建立投影寻踪回归模型,对一组斜长岩的5块标本作为未知级别进行了预测研究。研究结果表明:预测结果与实际相符,可为工程实际提供重要依据。In order to predict the rock drillability in diamond drilling,take the penetration hardness,scleroscope hardness,plasticity coefficient,friction value of wire needle,micro-drilling rate per hour,friction value of drill bits,and rate per hour of practice drilling of rock,as evaluative index,diorite,syenite,and troctolite as known samples,by establishing Projection Pursuit Regression(PPR)with DPS software,and the grade of plagioclase were predicted as unknown sample.The result shows that the grade given by PPR is coincided with the fact and provides an important evidence for project practice.
