摘　　要：阐述了工程结构中幕墙工程的工程技术特点及行业管理革新的需求,基于BIM技术可视化及协同设计优势,论述了BIM技术在幕墙工程项目中的适用性。结合典型的工程案例分析了BIM技术在幕墙工程项目的设计、施工、项目验收、后期运营等各个生产环节的作用与优势,指出了BIM技术的广泛应用是幕墙工程行业发展的必然趋势。This paper elaborates on the technical characteristics of facade project in the engineering structure and the needs of industry management innovation.Based on the advantages of BIM technology visualization and cooperation design,the applicability of BIM technology in curtain wall engineering projects is discussed.According to typical engineering cases,the role and advantages of BIM technology in the design,construction,project acceptance,and post-operation of curtain wall engineering projects are analyzed,and then,it is pointed out that the wide application of BIM technology is an inevitable trend of the development of the curtain wall engineering industry.
