摘　　要：提出了一种面向港口供电的模块化多电平矩阵型电力电子变压器拓扑,该拓扑的输入级、中间级和输出级分别由模块化多电平矩阵变换器、双有源桥式电路和三相四桥臂逆变器构成。该变压器共有4个端口,其中2个高压交流端口分别与海上风电厂和岸上电网连接,实现海上风电厂和岸上电网同时向港口供电,互为备用;1个低压交流端口和1个低压直流端口则分别用来给靠港船舶和港口用电设备供电。在分析该变压器拓扑的基础上,推导出变压器各级的数学模型,进而给出相应的控制方法,最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真验证了所提拓扑和控制方法的正确性和可行性。A novel topology of modular multilevel matrix converter(M3C)based power electronic transformer is prop-osed for port power supply,which employs an M3C,a dual active bridge(DAB)and a three-phase four-leg inverter as its input,intermediate and output stage,respectively.There are four ports in this transformer,in which two high-voltage AC ports are connected with an offshore wind farm and an onshore power grid,respectively,thereby realizing the port power supply by the offshore wind farm and onshore power grid simultaneously.In addition,a low-voltage AC port and a low-voltage DC port are used to supply power to ships and port electrical equipment,respectively.Based on the analysis of the novel transformer topology,the mathematical models for different stages of the transformer are derived,and the corresponding control methods are given accordingly.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed topology and control methods are verified by Matlab/Simulink simulations.
