摘 要:由于矩阵变换器的电压利用率较低,严重限制了其在并网变换器等方面的应用,故将准Z源网络引入到矩阵变换器中,并提出新型直通状态插入方式,从而提高了电压利用率和抗干扰能力等。首先,分析准Z源直接矩阵变换器的升压原理;其次,简单介绍了双空间矢量调制方法,然后在采用直通状态代替部分零矢量的传统调制基础上,提出新型直通状态的插入方式,把直通零矢量均分10等份插入到SVPWM调制策略中,降低了稳态状态下Z源网络电容电压和电感电流的波动;最后,搭建准Z源直接矩阵变换器的仿真模型和实验平台,结果验证了这种新型调制策略的正确性和有效性。Due to the low voltage utilization of a matrix converter,its application in the field of grid-connected converters is severely limited.A quasi-Z source network is introduced into the matrix converter,and a novel through-state insertion mode is proposed to improve its voltage utilization and anti-interference ability.Firstly,the boosting principle for a quasi-Z-source direct matrix converter(QZSDMC)is analyzed.Secondly,the dual space vector modulation method is briefly introduced.Afterwards,based on the traditional modulation with the through-state instead of part of the zero-vectors,the novel through-state insertion mode is proposed,in which the 10 equal parts of a through-state zero-vector are inserted into the SVPWM modulation strategy,thereby reducing the fluctuations of capacitor voltage and inductor current of the Z-source network in its steady state.Finally,a simulation model and an experimental platform of the QZSDMC were built,and results verified the correctness and effectiveness of the novel modulation strategy.
