摘 要:科威特南穆特拉城基础设施建设项目要求爆破后粒径小于0.4 m,但多数区域存在“软硬夹层”地质构造,采用传统爆破方法,极易产生大块,爆破质量难以满足要求。为改善爆破质量,节约综合施工成本,加快施工进度,提出了深浅孔结合正方形布孔技术:深孔周围都是等距的浅孔,浅孔周围都是等距的深孔,使浅孔正常爆破作用区域与深孔爆破减弱区域形成互补,并设计出相应的起爆网路,最大化的利用破碎能量,实现碎破能量的均衡分布,并根据不同岩石可爆性制定个性化爆破设计方案。经现场试验优化,得出粒径小于0.4 m的爆破料比例超过90%的爆破参数。An infrastructure construction project in the city of South Mutla in Kuwait requires the fragment size to be less than 0.4 m after blasting.However,in most areas there are"hard and soft interlayers".Using the traditional blasting method,it is prone to produce large blocks,and it is difficult to make the blasting quality meet the requirements.In order to improve the quality of blasting,save comprehensive construction costs,and speed up the construction progress,the technology of deep holes combined with shallow holes in square layout is proposed.Each deep hole is surrounded by equidistant shallow holes,and each shallow hole is also surrounded by equidistant deep holes.Thus,the normal blasting area of shallow holes and the weakened area of deep holes are complementary.And the corresponding initiation network is designed to maximize the use of crushing energy and achieve a balanced distribution of such energy.Based on the blastability of different rocks,a personalized blasting design test is developed.Optimized by field tests,it is found that the blasting parameters can be obtained to make the size of 90%of the fragments after blast less than 0.4 m.
