摘 要:城市地铁施工爆破对近接建筑物的安全影响及防护技术,是行业持续关注的热点和难点问题。针对硬岩地层隧道非电毫秒分段延期爆破减震效果难以满足安全振速标准问题,依托贵阳轨道交通2号线省医站4号出入口暗挖隧道工程,开展了数码电子雷管错相减震爆破技术的应用研究。结果表明:利用数码电子雷管起爆精准授时特点,基于错相减振原理优化各炮孔之间的微差时间,控制孔间振动波主振相错开约半个周期,可实现降低爆破振速的目的;在不改变炮孔数量、单孔装药量的情况下,仅调整炮孔爆破延期时间,相同位置测点爆破振速由2.71 cm/s降至1.39 cm/s,减小48.7%。通过工程应用试验,保证了邻近老旧建筑物的安全,提高了效率,缩短了工期。The impact of urban subway construction blasting on the safety of adjacent buildings and its protection technology are the hot and difficult issues that the blasting industry continues to pay attention to.Aiming at the problem that the shock absorption effect of non-electric millisecond section delayed blasting in hard rock stratum tunnel cannot meet the safe vibration velocity standard,the application research of digital electronic detonator staggered shock absorption blasting technology is carried out based on the underground excavation project of No.4 of Provincial Medical station of Guiyang Rail transit Line 2.The results show that the blasting velocity can be reduced by using precise timing characteristics of digital electronic detonator,optimizing the differential time between each hole based on the principle of stagger vibration reduction,and controlling the stagger of main vibration phase of vibration wave between holes for about half a period.Without changing the number of holes and single hole loading quantity,only adjusting the delay time,the blasting vibration velocity at the measuring point at the same position was reduced from 2.71 cm/s to 1.39 cm/s,decreasing by 48.7%.Through engineering application test,the safety of adjacent old buildings is guaranteed,the efficiency is improved,and the construction period is shortened.
