摘　　要：针对某纯电动客车板簧悬架异响的问题,通过分析提出消除板簧支座与板簧之间的配合间隙和优化减振器衬套内管与减振器销配合方式的结构改进方案,并得到实车验证。Aiming at the problem of abnormal sound of the leaf spring suspension of a pure electric bus,through analysis,the structure improvement scheme of eliminating the matching clearance between the leaf spring support and the leaf spring and optimizing the fit way between the inner tube of the damper bushing and the damper pin is proposed,and gets verified by the real vehicle.
