果糖二磷酸钠联合阿托品对有机磷农药中毒患者cTnⅠ、IMA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨果糖二磷酸钠联合阿托品对有机磷农药中毒患者心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)水平的影响.方法 回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年4月于我院就诊的56例有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料,所有患者依据ASOPP的诊断标准均判定为重度中毒,依据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组(28例,常规治疗+阿托品)和观察组(28例,常规治疗+阿托品+果糖二磷酸钠).比较两组治疗前、后cTnⅠ、IMA及炎性因子水平.结果 治疗后,两组的cTnⅠ、IMA水平均升高,但观察低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 果糖二磷酸钠联合阿托品治疗有机磷农药中毒可有效改善患者的cTnⅠ、IMA水平,促进患者的恢复.Objective To investigate the effect of fructose diphosphate sodium combined with atropine on cardiac troponinⅠ(cTnⅠ)and ischemia modified albumin(IMA)in patients with organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning treated in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were judged as severely poisoned according to the diagnostic criteria of ASOPP and divided into control group(28 cases,conventional treatment+atropine)and observation group(28 cases,conventional treatment+atropine+fructose diphosphate sodium)according to different treatment options.The levels of cTnⅠ,IMA and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of cTnⅠand IMA of the two groups increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fructose diphosphate sodium combined with atropine in treatment of organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning can effectively improve the levels of cTnⅠand IMA of patients,and promote the recovery of patients.
