摘　　要：目的 探讨再次急诊内镜止血在内镜手术后出血中的应用效果.方法 选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的76例内镜手术后再次出血的患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组38例.对照组给予常规保守内科治疗,试验组给予内镜止血治疗.比较两组的应用效果.结果 试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组大便隐血转阴时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组再出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 再次急诊内镜止血对内镜术后出血具有较好的止血效果,同时能够显著缩短术后恢复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广.Objective To investigate the application effect of second emergency endoscopic hemostasis on bleeding after endoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients with rebleeding after endoscopic surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional conservative medical treatment,and the experimental group was given endoscopic hemostasis treatment.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fecal occult blood turning negative in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of rebleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The second emergency endoscopic hemostasis has a good hemostasis effect on bleeding after endoscopic surgery,at the same time,it can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
