坤泰胶囊联合激素序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果及对血清IL-1β、AMH及VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析本院收治的68例卵巢早衰患者的临床资料,按不同治疗方法 将患者分成对照组(34例,激素序贯疗法)和研究组(34例,坤泰胶囊联合激素序贯疗法).比较两组的临床疗效.结果 治疗3个月后,两组K评分较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);停药3个月后,研究组K评分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗3个月后,两组的FSH水平较治疗前降低,E2、AMH、IL-1β、VEGF水平较治疗前升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05).研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 坤泰胶囊联合激素序贯疗法治疗卵巢早衰能调节患者性激素代谢,改善卵巢功能和临床症状,提高临床治疗效果.Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone sequential therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with premature ovarian failure were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different treatment method,the patients were divided into control group(34 cases,hormone sequential therapy)and study group(34 cases,Kuntai capsule combined with hormone sequential therapy).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the K score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of discontinuation,the K score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the FSH level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the E2,AMH,IL-1βand VEGF levels were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with hormone sequential therapy on premature ovarian failure can regulate patients'sex hormone metabolism,improve ovarian function,clinical symptoms and treatment effect.
