保元汤联合针刺疗法对气虚血瘀型胸痹患者中医症候积分及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究保元汤联合针刺疗法对气虚血瘀型胸痹患者中医症候积分及睡眠质量的影响.方法 将124例气虚血瘀型胸痹患者按治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,各62例.对照组给予保元汤,观察组在对照组基础上采用针刺疗法.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,两组的中医症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的睡眠质量评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的ST段差值均降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均降低,HDL-C水平升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 保元汤联合针刺疗法治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹患者效果确切,能有效改善患者中医症状,提高患者睡眠质量,降低血脂水平.Objective To study the effect of Baoyuan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy on TCM syndrome score and sleep quality of patients with chest arthralgia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 124 patients with chest arthralgia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment mode,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was given Baoyuan decoction,and the observation group was given acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of sleep quality in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-value of ST segment in the two groups decreased,but that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups decreased,while the level of HDL-C increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Baoyuan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of chest arthralgia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type has a definite effect,it can effectively improve the TCM symptoms and the sleep quality,and reduce the levels of blood lipids of patients.
